ECDC: implementation of a training strategy for infection control training in the EU

The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control has issued a call for proposals on the implementation of a training strategy for infection control training in the EU.

The tenderer may submit bids for the following lots: setup of a project coordination group, creation of an expert group for infection control and hospital hygiene training and analysis of the legal framework for the endorsement of the European core competencies for IC and HH training, worth up to €24,000; organisation of a project expert group meeting, worth up to €40,500; inventory of evaluated courses, training programmes and training materials in IC available in the EU and development of an IC wiki as an e-learning tool, worth up to €88,500; organisation of a meeting of the national representatives for IC and HH training, worth up to €67,000; survey on IC capacity and training needs in Europe, worth up to €25,000.
