Geneviève Fioraso, France’s minister for higher education and research, says the project to develop a European university ranking system is not moving quickly enough.
Fioraso told a Le Monde blog that she wants the project—led by France’s Conference of University Presidents and its German counterpart—to move more quickly. The project will be discussed at a meeting of European higher education ministers in September, she added.
