Italy’s national research evaluation agency (Anvur) is expected to complete its first-ever review of national research performance in June 2013, science minister Francesco Profumo told the blog Science Insider.
“For the first time, peer review evaluation and bibliometric indicators will be used,” Profumo said. “Originality, innovation, and competitiveness will be also key parameters.”
