The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) has awarded CHF 10.4 million (€8.7 million) to 26 research projects under a collaboration with partners in Romania.
The Swiss-Romanian research programme runs until 2016, and is being managed by the SNSF alongside the Romanian Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI), as part of a wider effort to reduce disparities in scientific research in Europe.
