The European Research Council has updated its guide for peer reviewers for its proof-of-concept funding stream.
The guide sets out the rules for individuals assessing applications for proof-of-concept grants, awarded to existing ERC grant holders for the development of an innovative idea arising from their original research project.
The guide contains details of the review process, including eligibility and evaluation criteria for grants, as well as issues such as conflicts of interest.
