Government promises to tread more carefully on biodiversity

The French government has said it will act on a report that calls for restrictions on state support for projects that jeopardise biodiversity.

The report was submitted to ecology minister Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet by a working group led by Vincent Chriqui, director of the government’s Strategic Analysis Centre.
