Eleven French campus coalitions met the 20 September deadline for the second wave of applications to the government’s €7.7 billion “Excellence Initiatives” (IDEX) programme, the government announced.
Designed to create between five and ten internationally competitive campuses, IDEX is financed by the government’s €34bn economic stimulus package.
