The French government has published details of the research projects to be led by the 18 winners of the Make Our Planet Great Again call, which aimed to lure climate researchers.
The projects cover a range of topics from food security to climate modelling and solar cells, the government said on 9 January.
The winners, whose names were announced in December, will take up their positions in the coming months. They are set to receive up to €1.5 million to run their projects, but the government has not published the amounts awarded to each.
