France holds its sixth annual equality in research event

     

National Institute of Applied Sciences hosts multi-agency seminar on sexual discrimination

A nationwide conference dedicated to developing strategies against gender discrimination, homophobia and sexual violence in French research and higher education was held last week.

Taking place online due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the event was hosted by France’s National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Rouen and co-organised by the ministry of research, the Conference of University Presidents, the Conference of Grandes Écoles, the Conference of the Directors of French Engineering Schools and a number of other bodies.
