Inrae renews vows with higher education streamlining body

Finance, HR, research and data functions to be shared under agreement with Amue

France’s National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (Inrae) has renewed its agreement with Amue, a government agency that oversees cooperation and efficient resource use within higher education and research.

Under the new agreement, Inrae and Amue will share the deployment of software in the areas of finance and human resources, open the exchange of data between the two organisations, and develop a wider common IT system. The partnership will also allow for the possible participation of Inrae as a pilot for the deployment of Amue’s software via cloud computing services, but terms for this have yet to be agreed.
