French mega-university to include institutions in Evry and Versailles, while agricultural partnership is also strengthened

Paris-Saclay University, the institution formed in 2019 involving universities, grandes écoles and research organisations, will incorporate two more universities in 2025, it has been announced.

The University of Évry Val d’Essonne (Ueve) and the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ) agreed terms to fully integrate into Paris-Saclay. Until now, the two institutions were associates of Paris-Saclay rather than an integral part of the university.
