Thai lab to investigate ecosystem impacts on human health; US lab’s focus is nuclear physics
The CNRS, France’s largest public research organisation, has announced the launch of two new overseas laboratories run in partnership with Thai and US universities.
The Health, Disease Ecology, Environment and Policy (HealthDeep) laboratory, which was created on 12 July, will run in partnership with Mahidol University and Kasetsart University in Bangkok (pictured left). HealthDeep researchers will be based in Bangkok and Kanchanaburi, a town 140km from the Thai capital.
