Germany is India’s second most popular partner in research collaborations, according to findings by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), Germany’s largest public research funder.
The DFG announced on 3 November that between 2004 and 2009 Germany was a partner in 13 per cent of international publications from India, exceeded only by the US, with 35 per cent.
