A “Network Mentoring Programme” to help early-career female medical researchers and doctors achieve senior positions has been launched by the University of Heidelberg and the German Cancer Research Centre.
The programme will provide them with an experienced mentor to introduce them to established colleagues. The mentor will also provide advice on careers and leadership qualities.
