The national library of Baden-Württemberg has opened a Knowledge Gate—a service centre to improve access to its content for students, researchers and the general public.
The centre, in the library’s main building, is designed to make scientific research simple and quick. The library will offer training programmes to regular users of the service, but the system is simple enough to be used by people with basic knowledge of scientific filing, the Baden-Württemberg government said in a statement.
