Computer scientists win German-Polish prize

Two computer scientists from Poland and Germany have won the 2012 Kopernikus Prize for German-Polish collaboration, it was announced on 16 April.

The prize goes to Erwin Pesch, based in Siegen, and Jacek Błażewicz, his colleague in Poznan. The scientists won the €100,000 prize for their joint support for early-career researchers.
