Schleswig-Holstein wants to boost the uptake of wind power by simplifying the permission process for the construction and maintenance of wind power stations.
The Land’s government released a revised law on wind power station permissions on 20 April, which it is hoped will increase industry interest in the technology. The law makes it easier to construct wind power stations by making landscape impact and financing legislation clearer.
