The Technical University of Munich is to introduce massive open online courses to prepare international students for its masters courses.
Up to 10 subject-specific Moocs, set to go online later in 2016, will allow prospective masters applicants to fill in any knowledge gaps and give them an overview of what to expect from a masters course.
Although Moocs are open to everyone, these courses from the university are aimed at international students from countries with different education and qualification systems, a university press release on 13 January said.
