Guest researcher data show top destinations for international talent, with east Germany left behind
International fellows favour Berlin or Munich for research stays in Germany, a survey by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation has shown.
Berlin’s three higher education institutions and Munich’s Ludwig Maximilian University and Technical University ranked as the top five locations for Humboldt fellowship stays. Göttingen, Bremen, Bonn, Potsdam and Konstanz complete the top 10 of the 83 ranked universities.
