Researchers in Germany urge incoming government to take new look at scientific priorities

Germany’s capacity in science and innovation must be strengthened through a dialogue between scientists and the wider society, the Alliance of Science Organisations has told the next government. 

“We need to set ambitious goals for where the state of science in Germany should be in 2025,” said alliance spokesperson Dorothea Wagner. “Science cannot set this course alone.”
