The DESCA group of research and business organisations has published its model grant agreement for Horizon 2020, which can be used as a template for collaborative projects.
The document, launched in Brussels on 24 March, represents a basis that can be used for all types of research and innovation actions, as well as innovation actions, involving consortia. The single document includes alternatives for large or small projects, and different options for intellectual property and finance agreements, as well as for projects concerning software.
The DESCA 2020 model replaces the previous version, DESCA 3.0, which was in place for Framework 7. The document has been developed by a group of organisations that includes the European Association of Research and Technology Organisations, the League of European Universities and Eurochambres, as well as the German organisations Fraunhofer and the Helmholtz Association.
