Ministers agree how they want EU’s R&D and other programmes to work together
National governments coming together as the Council of the EU have agreed additional preferences on the setup of the bloc’s 2021-27 R&D programme, Horizon Europe.
At a meeting of the Competitiveness Council on 28-29 November, research ministers agreed their stance on how Horizon Europe should link to other EU funding programmes, as well as on updated legislation for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
