Commission opens its policy models to the public

  

 

Models include some used by the Commission’s R&D department for economic analysis

In an early Christmas treat for policy wonks, the European Commission has opened up some of the decision-making models it uses for the public to peruse.

A platform for exploring 35 models the Commission has used for impact analysis since 2017, called the Modelling Inventory and Knowledge Management System, was opened to the public on 2 December.
