EU countries could get bigger role in writing rules on non-EU eligibility for some calls
The European Commission has again updated its approach to non-EU participation in strategically sensitive parts of the EU’s Horizon Europe R&D programme, it is understood.
It was attempting to conclude months of negotiations that have caused some calls to be delayed, after early proposals prompted warnings that the outcome of the negotiations will have important consequences for Europe’s R&D capabilities.
