Experts sought to advise on implementation of EU missions

   

New mission boards will also promote the missions to citizens

The European Commission has launched a call for experts to join boards being created to advise the EU on the implementation of its five new research and innovation-based missions.

Missions to tackle societal challenges around climate change, cancer, oceans, climate-neutral and smart cities, and soil health were launched in September 2021 after years of preparation, based on advice from previous expert panels.
