Commission proposes 10 new EU R&D partnerships

Member states will consider plans for cooperation on fields including brain health and forest science

The European Commission has proposed funding 10 new EU research and innovation partnerships, including in the areas of health, energy and the environment, to be launched over 2025-27.

Through its R&I programmes, the EU funds various kinds of multi-year public-public and public-private partnerships intended to encourage, coordinate and increase the impact of investment from sources other than the EU budget.
