Tool will help researchers find compliant journals and platforms
The group of funders behind Plan S has opened an invitation to tender for the development and maintenance of a tool to help scholars find publishing venues that are compliant with the radical open-access initiative.
Due to launch by November, the tool should initially help scholars identify journals and platforms that offer immediate open-access publication with a CC-BY licence and allow authors to retain copyright over their work.
