Publisher will continue to provide services for Open Research Europe, with broader platform plans “maturing”
The open-access publisher F1000 has been awarded a new contract to run Open Research Europe, the publishing platform for winners of EU research grants.
Launched in 2021, ORE is an open-access platform paid for by the EU, which means researchers can use it to publish work funded by the bloc’s current and previous research and innovation programmes—Horizon Europe and Horizon 2020—at no extra cost.
