The European Commission has started a study on how best to use data for evidence-based policy-making.
The Commission says it will work with the Oxford Internet Institute, Technopolis and the Centre for European Policy studies to collect examples of initiatives in public institutions that have successfully used innovative data policies to make evidence-based policies.
The study is asking for examples of good practice to be posted on its website at www.data4policy.eu, and will use these contributions to develop case studies for EU policymakers.
