The European Commission has launched the third edition of its Women Innovators Prize.
The award is open to women who have founded or co-founded a company, and at some point in their careers received EU research funding.
Three individuals will receive a cash prizes of €100,000 for first place, €50,000 for second and €30,000 for third.
