Relationship between scientists and patients must improve, says Portuguese science minister

The current trio of presidencies of the Council of the EU—Portugal, Germany and Slovenia—have signed a declaration to “strengthen research in Europe on all stages of cancer, from prevention to diagnosis and treatment”, Portugal’s ministry of science announced on 13 October.
