Research projects announced as European Defence Fund pilot enters final stages amid budget talks
The European Commission has announced €205 million for projects as part of the final months of its pilot phase for the European Defence Fund.
Sixteen defence development projects will be funded by the European Defence Industrial Development Programme in the EDF pilot, while three “disruptive” technology research projects will be supported by the Preparatory Action on Defence Research, the Commission announced on 15 June.
