Former director of Graphene Flagship, professor Jari Kinaret, named executive director of Chips Joint Undertaking
Jari Kinaret, a professor of theoretical physics who led the EU’s recently ended Graphene Flagship research and innovation scheme, has been appointed executive director of the bloc’s forthcoming public-private R&I partnership on microchips.
Kinaret (pictured) took on the leadership of the Chips Joint Undertaking on 16 October, ahead of an event to mark its launch that is scheduled to take place in Brussels on 30 November and 1 December.
