EU supercomputers opened up for AI development

           

Startups working on artificial intelligence invited to apply for access to world-leading tech

The EU has begun delivering on its pledge to allow small companies and other organisations working on artificial intelligence to use the bloc’s supercomputers to develop and scale AI models.

Last week, the European Commission and the High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking, an EU-funded public private partnership for procuring and running supercomputers, reiterated their commitment to the previously announced pledge and launched a competition for initial access.
