Funding applications for Pathfinder Challenge total almost 10 times EIC budget
After a slow start, the European Innovation Council has been gaining momentum, collecting 371 proposals representing 41 countries in its latest funding round, which closed late October.
The funding requested adds up to €1.3 billion, while the EIC Pathfinder Challenge budget is €163.5 million, just over a tenth of the requested amount, according to figures in an announcement by the EIC released 15 November.
