Fund set up to attract entrepreneurs from abroad

The government has established a €10 million fund aimed at getting entrepreneurs to open companies in Ireland.

The minister for jobs and enterprise, Richard Bruton, announced the fund on 27 October. Enterprise Ireland will promote it, particularly to the Irish diaspora, members of which it hopes might be tempted to return home by the promise of money for a business start-up.
