Localisation activity valued at €680m

About 15,000 people are employed in Ireland by companies involved in adapting digital products and services to specific countries, according to the minister for jobs and enterprise. He said the sector was worth €680 million a year and growing.

Richard Bruton was speaking in Dublin on 16 November while meeting researchers from the Centre for Next Generation Localisation.
