Digital hub expands enterprise space in Dublin

The Digital Hub Development Agency has invested €40 million in office space and other properties close to its base in west central Dublin.

This includes more than 1,000 square metres of business accommodation and a housing development for 470 students, the agency said in a statement on 24 March.

Pat Rabbitte, minister for communications, said that the investment was in keeping with the agency’s dual role to foster digital enterprises and company investment as a way to regenerate the area close to central Dublin known as the Liberties where the hub is based.
