Kinesis Health Technologies has secured €590,000 to help push the University College Dublin spinout to reach international markets for its health technology products.
The investment deal for the company, which was formed in 2013 as a spinout from UCD’s Technology Research for Independent Living Centre, was announced by UCD on 2 November.
The backers are a group of private investors alongside state body Enterprise Ireland,which provided funding from its High-Potential Start-Up programme.
