Trinity College Dublin and the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, have signed a deal that will see Vietnamese students studying in Dublin and graduating with a bachelor of business studies degree from Trinity.
The programme was announced on 11 November during a visit to Vietnam by Irish President Michael D Higgins.
The students will spend their first two years at Ho Chi Minh City and their final two at Trinity. The Vietnamese university is a specialist in economics, finance and business administration. President Higgins welcomed the deal saying it was “excellent” for all those involved.
