Funding to boost Irish competitiveness in EU and international research programmes
Six research projects are to share €25 million in funding awarded under the Science Foundation Ireland Research Infrastructure Programme.
The awards cover a wide range of areas, including flow cytometry, ocean observation and molecular analysis. The programme provides the funding groups need to acquire equipment and devices, with the aim of supporting high-quality impactful and innovative research, the foundation said in a statement released on 21 October.
