Irish and UK councils agree joint grant programme

Principal investigators will share management responsibilities and IP

The UK Economic and Social Research Council, and the Irish Research Council have launched a number of networking grants designed to foster and grow long-term relationships.

Announced on 14 January, the programme will see the two councils providing matching funding in support of up to 10 awards, the Irish council said in a statement. Projects accepted for support will receive up to £30,000 provided by the UK council and €12,500 from the Irish Council.
