Collaboration between colleges to improve acccess to high-tech imaging services
Ireland has created a national preclinical imaging centre that will provide access to advanced imaging devices in support of medical research across the country.
Details of the project were announced on 16 June. Science Foundation Ireland will make available €3.4 million under its Research Infrastructure Programme, while three partner institutions also provided money.
