Irish government expects most students to be vaccinated, meaning teaching activities can resume
Campus life in Ireland is expected to return to some degree of normality in September, after the government published its roadmap for a reinstatement of on-site teaching and research.
The plan, published on 15 June, outlines how laboratory and classroom teaching, tutorials, workshops, smaller lectures and research activities will all resume. Libraries and workspaces, canteens, sports facilities and campus bars will also reopen—as long as public health advice allows, the government said.
