Minister seeks board member for body that will “shape Ireland as an island of innovation and talent”

Research minister Simon Harris has appealed for researchers to help lead the country’s unified funding agency, as the body designed to replace the Irish Research Council and Science Foundation Ireland begins to take shape.

On 2 October the government opened applications for the chair and directors of the board for Research and Innovation Ireland.
