Letter containing bullet sent to neuroscientist using macaques to research blindness at Università di Torino
A threatening letter containing a bullet has been sent to a neuroscientist who is using macaques to research vision and blindness at the Università di Torino.
Marco Tamietto, whose project is funded by a European Research Council grant, and his colleague Luca Bonini, who is based at Università di Parma, have been on the receiving end of online and verbal harassment from animal rights groups, Corriere Della Sera has reported.
