Erik te Roller asks if a Dutch innovation master plan will give a the country a boost
On Monday 11 November, government officials, top sector representatives, universities and research institutes will sign the Knowledge and Innovation Covenant 2020-2023, a master plan for public-private mission-driven research.
Innovation funded under the plan will focus on social missions divided into four social themes, selected by the government: energy transition and sustainability; agriculture, water and food; health and care; and security.
