University grouping hires talent for sustainable future

Postdocs and tenure track scientists to study medicine, disease prevention and food supply

A federation of four Dutch technology universities, 4TU, has hired 44 tenure track scientists and 29 postdocs under its High Tech for a Sustainable Future programme.

The programme, launched in 2017, includes five research initiatives that will receive a total of €22 million in 2018-2022. The work focuses on personalised medicine, disease prevention and treatment, smart industry, more resilient societies and global food demand.
