Dutch contribution to the European Space Agency could be set for €50m increase
A report commissioned by the Dutch ministry of economic affairs has recommended an increase in space technology spending.
The report, drawn up by the research and consultancy firm Dialogic, sets out how the Netherlands could make better use of Earth observation and satellite positioning data. It was commissioned by the ministry in October 2019 in response to conservative MP Mustafa Amhaouch’s request for an assessment of the added value of space tech for Dutch society.
