Dutch research council funds 26 projects on open science

NWO’s Open Science Fund aims to align access to data and results with EU policy

The NWO, the Dutch research council, has awarded up to €50,000 each to 26 projects on open science in order to improve access to research data and results.

The money, from the council’s Open Science Fund, will support projects that include finding ways to publish scientific information and to share data according to the Fair principles—making data findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable. Some projects will study the cultural change needed within the academic community to support open data.
